What is the Price?

View our Tickets page to see the most up to date pricing and discounts. *Don’t forget to follow us on Social Media for special discounts*

Per person 2 and under is always Free. Which includes over 35 unlimited attractions!

I purchased my tickets online now I cant find the email what can I do?

No need to worry! When you arrive please have your ID which the tickets were purchased under we can then look them up when you arrive.

Will reservations be required before coming?

No reservations are not required. We do recommend you purchase your tickets online in advance.

Do you need to buy Date or Time specific tickets?

You do not need to buy date specific tickets. Only thing you will need to be sure of that you purchase a Weekend or Weekday ticket type. You can then use your tickets for any date or time we are open for the Fall Season. We understand that things come up this is why we do not sell our tickets with specific dates/times.

When is the busiest time?

The 3rd & 4th weekends in October are traditionally our busiest times including Columbus Day. If you chose to visit on these 2 weekends you will experience long lines. PleaseIf crowds and long lines are not your cup of tea then we recommend visiting earlier in our season or last weekend. You can also come visit us during the week as it normally slower!

Are Pumpkins included in your Admission Price?

Sorry a Pumpkin is not included in General Admission.

Are Grandparents Free?

Yes, Grandparents are FREE Monday-Friday excluding Columbus Day with a Paid Grandchild.

Are 2 and under Free?

Yes children 2 and under are ALWAYS free to enter

How much are Pumpkins?

They are by the pound

What is your address?

Why do I see you located in both Lockport and Crest Hill?

We apologize for any confusion but our Family Farm is located in the City of Crest Hill but our mailing address(for directions) is Lockport. We have tried to get things changed but the post office will not let us.

What are your hours for Pumpkin Fest?

We are open daily (7 days a week) 10am to 6pm

Are pets allowed?

No for the safety of our guests, but trained service dogs are always welcome!

Is outside food or drink allowed?

Sorry no outside food or beverage is allowed. No need to worry we have plenty of Meals and Treats to Eat, we have 13 food & beverage venues to chose from. Don’t forget to visit or 2 Bars on the farm to. 🙂 Check out the Food and Beverage menus

What is not included in my General Admission Ticket?

Cottonwood Railroad, Scrape Yard Paintball & Gem Mining. These are just a small additional charge. Be sure to check out our all inclusive ticket option as this will be included in your all inclusive 🙂 .

Where can I get discounts?

The best way to be the first to see specials and discounts is to follow our Social Media pages and be on our Email/Text List data base.

Do you have a U Pick Pumpkin Field?

Yes we do! Visit our real Pumpkin Field to pick out your perfect pumpkin right off the vine.

Do you take Credit & Debit Cards?

Yes, we take all major credit cards. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) along with debit cards. Sorry we do not take checks. We also have 3 ATM’s on property. Please note with any credit card usage a small service fee is added onto your purchase.

Is parking Free?

Yes we have acres of Free Parking!

Can I buy Tickets at the door or only online?

You can buy tickets at the door but we recommend buying them ahead of time online. You get to skip the Cash/Credit Card ticket line when you get to the farm, you will be directed to go to Window 3 to redeem your online ticket purchases.

What type of clothes to wear?

Please dress for the weather, sometimes mother nature changes her mind and it gets a little chilly or warmer than expected. We also sell wearables in our Country Store if you forget to grab something on your way out the door. 

Do you do School Tours?

Yes we have educational School Tours. Visit our School Tours section for forms and information.

What’s a day at the farm like?

If you want your kiddos to be exhausted by the end of the day we are the perfect place to come. 🙂

Are discounts combinable?

No. One discount per person, please!

Is the Farm &  Maze wheelchair friendly?

Yes. Please call, before visiting the maze, to get up to date maze conditions.

Is smoking allowed?

No. Smoking is only permitted in our designated smoking area. If you are seen smoking, within the farm grounds, we will assume you are on fire and take appropriate action!

Do you serve Adult Beverages?

We sure do, Weekends and Columbus Day! Enjoy an ice cold beverage or a glass of wine while watching the kiddos have an enjoyable time. Visit Jax’s Joint across from the Mountain Slide or Bubba’s Bar in the Antique Barn.

Do you have apple cider donuts?

We sure do! You can purchase them fresh out of the oil at our Donut Depot. We also have them available to take home and enjoy at the Pumpkin Exit, Country Store or Cafe.

Do you have an adult train ride?

Yes we sure do! Our Cottonwood Railroad runs on our 3/4 mile long track around the back of our property. Note, Cottonwood Railroad is not included in your General Admission ticket.
