
Siegel's Pumpkin Celebration in Patch Online
Opening day for Pumpkin Fest at Siegel’s Cottonwood Farm is Saturday, Sept. 20.
The fest is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily through Saturday, Nov. 1, at the farm, 17250 S. Weber Rd., Lockport.
Pumpkin Fest is “affordable fun on the farm,” according to the Siegel family Guests are invited to bring the entire family to enjoy activities for all ages.
General admission tickets includes over 20 fun attractions including petting zoo, hayrack ride to the pumpkin field, train rides, haunted barn, slides, and two cornfield mazes.
Tickets are $12 per person on weekdays and $14 on weekends. As a thank you t members of the military, anyone with an active-duty military ID will get into the farm for free. During opening weekend, military families can also enjoy the farm for free.
Families are invited to work their way through 15 acres of turns, curves, and dead ends or fun in the corn maze showcasing the 100th anniversary of Chicago’s Wrigley field. Or if you’re not up for that, the Spookley’s two-acre cornfield maze is for you!
Pony rides, Zombie Paintball Ride, Jumpin’ Blob Jamboree, Gem Mining, Climbing Wall and Spooky Spiral are available for a small additional fee. An array of food will be available, from smoked turkey legs to homemade pies, along with Siegel’s famous root beer.
